Do you offer free consultations?
For Personal Injury cases, yes consultations are free.
For any other case, we charge a $495 hour-long consultation fee to discuss your situation and explore your rights under the law and to ensure that you will be successful.
Our one-hour consultation includes reviewing your timeline and all documents you wish to share. The purpose of a consultation fee is to find out the facts of your case, whether you have witnesses to support your allegations, and the timeliness of your options. Each case must stand on its own merits and/or facts.
Can I attach documents to the contact form?
Yes, you can upload a document up to 10MB in size.
What types of cases do you handle?
We focus on personal injury, employment law (including discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination including severance/separation agreements), and estate planning.
What areas do you serve?
Our office is based in Steilacoom, and we serve clients throughout Tacoma, Lakewood, University Place, Seattle, and all of Western Washington.
